I received a request to post about my top ten reverse harems. I assumed it would take a bit to look through my books, but I ultimately thought it would be a quick post.
I was seriously mistaken. I thought I’d narrow it down to the books I owned in print but then realized there were several books I loved that weren’t available in print. So I went ahead and started adding books that I own in any format. When I hit my 43 book, I realized I needed to reevaluate my definition of ‘favorite.’ I can’t even pick a single favorite color!
Instead of a single post of my top ten, I will break it into a couple of posts. Is this cheating? Probably, but I think I can get away with it in a genre affectionally known as ‘whychoose.’

Please do NOT read the reviews about this book! This is one of those books that you'll enjoy so much more going in blind. I don't even know what to say in this mini-review. I LOVED this book. It is on KU. I don't own it, but if you have KU I highly recommend it.

I love this series. Each harem member has a fleshed-out backstory, making it easy to know them as individuals. The relationship progression felt natural, and their ability to deal with realistic re-world stigmas is impressive. Highly recommend. There are currently four books released, the fifth is slated for mid-April, and I have already pre-ordered it.

Woooosh, this one has a LOT happening in it. Our MC, Kari, is dealing with the trauma of an assault. It is alluded to, and there were some flashbacks. The book begins with her three bosses dealing with the asshole, not spoiling anything. I LOVE this duet and have read/listened to it multiple times. I own the kindle and audio version and have never regretted the purchase. It doesn't look like it's available on KU, so read the sample. There is a mystery arc, and dang, it kept me on the edge of my seat.

I realized I hadn't re-read this series in a while. I'm definitely going to be fixing that pronto. The author warns about ugly crying, and it is not a false warning! SO MANY emotions. I was not ready for this series to end, and would 100% be on board for a return to it. The characters are fabulous, each one is fleshed out well. This is another one that I own on audio, guess having an audio option raises the likelihood of making it on my favorites list, haha.

They were my entire world, then everything fell apart. I didn’t get to say goodbye, I didn’t get to explain to them that my dad had finally gone off the deep end. Of course, they wouldn’t have understood anyway, we were only eight and I never told them how bad it had gotten. Maybe if I had I wouldn’t be in this fucked up situation.
I wouldn’t of seen and done the things I’ve had to do in order to survive, maybe I would’ve even been able to stay with the boys I loved. Well jokes on me, life’s thrown me yet another freaking curve ball and I’m going back, I’m going home but they’re not boys anymore and although they’ve still got the traits of the boys I once loved, I don’t know them like I used to.
They sure as hell aren’t going to remember me. I had to change a lot in order to protect myself and to survive. I’m so far away from who I used to be, I’d be surprised if they even recognized me, I sure as hell don’t. I’m going to lose them all over again, and I barely survived losing them the first time.
This is a medium burn contemporary reverse harem that will have some m/m.

I devoured the first three books in this series. Suspend for a moment that these are supposed to be high-school kids, and this is a beautiful novel. I could not put it down, and the bonus is a large harem. As I began reading the fourth book, I realized that I needed to start the series over. A LOT happens/is happening. I felt a bit lost. I'm going to start a re-read once the final book comes out. I much prefer to read a series at once.

I LOVE this book. I haven't actually ready the sequel, but this book was delightful. I adored the harem member that showed up a bit later. This is one of the very few books where I have a favorite. This is a cute read.
High school was a nightmare. I spent the majority of my time dodging the three bullies who delighted in giving me hell. Austin, Gavin, and Vaughn were so awful that just seeing them could ruin my day. It was a relief when I finally graduated and I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with them ever again.That is until I got talked into going to our ten year reunion. I had fantasies of seeing what karma had done to my high school enemies. I couldn’t wait to see bald spots, beer guts, and delicious failure. But I didn’t get that. Instead, I got their attention – all of their attentions – in a way I didn’t expect. Now I’m caught in and unfamiliar relationship with all three of them and am unsure exactly where it will go.

I love this series. It deals with real-world stigmas and I felt like I went on a real journey with the characters. I do not own these books, but I have re-read them.

Super cute series. The only downside is that there is no information on when book three will be coming out! argh! Definitely recommend these. The series is brought up a lot by other readers on this site too, which is how I found it. The parental figures that are there are so sweet, and her uncle is chef's kiss. Not in a creepy way! He's so sweet to his stepson and niece, and I LOVED the awkward moments where he has 'the talk'. Wonderful book.

I have loved every Lily Gold novel so far, and it was tough for me to limit myself to just one. Her characters have so much depth, and I felt all the emotions while reading her books. I went with Triple-Duty Bodygaruds because it was the first one of her books I read. If you haven't given her a try, I highly recommend any of her books. Just be prepared for all the feelings; I always have a tissue ready. Seriously, some of these books hit hard.

Well, no surprise here. This is another one I ended up just buying. I totally fell in love with each character. We get to go on a journey with them, from young college students to young adults navigating the 'real' world. There are overarching themes and events, and I cannot gush enough about this book. I have listened to this trilogy multiple times on audio.
