It’s the weekend!! Almost. Woohoo!
I’ve had way too much fun with this post. It’s taken me so long because I keep going down tangents. Hopefully you all enjoy some of the books as much as I have enjoyed finding them!
I’ve actually had two requests for a slow build, but one was specifically for completed series. This is not that post! I’ll be doing another completed series post set because I’ve gotten a fair bit of interest in that, so stay tuned.
The reader requested a slow build, indicating there can never be too many men. I totally agree! I didn’t search for large harems specifically, so there may be some more ‘standard’ sized harems, but I have looked for harems that are assembled at various times.
I actually read the term collecting men like pokemon in two books and I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t immediately add them to this post. If anyone happens to know a book that uses this term, pretty pretty please let me know! It should definitely be included in this post. I laughed out loud when I read it.

I adore this series. The MC is brilliant, clumsy, totally an introvert, and so dang awesome. I love the rhythm each book has and feel so immersed in the world every time I pick up a book. Alas, only the first few books are out on audible, but I am definitely going to be keeping an eye out for them. I really liked the narrators as well, just an overall awesome audiobook. We do get a pretty good idea about who may be in her harem, but it progresses nicely over the series.
P.S. I do realize I've included this series in quite a lot of posts. Yes, it's one of my favorites. #sorrynotsorry

I haven't read this series yet but enjoyed the series that features our FMC's twin sister, Library of the Profane. This has been on my TBR. That book also fits this theme, but I'm not sure if that series is necessary to read before reading this one.

I devoured the first three books in this series. It doesn't appear on KU, but it is available on Hoopla. I ended up listening and reading. I liked the first book enough to buy the first three. I cannot wait for book four. Hopefully, it comes out soon!
From Book 1: Death calls to me, and unfortunately for me, I'm his b*tch...
Being the daughter of a wraith means that death is in my veins. It also means that just because I happen to be found around a lot of dead bodies doesn't mean I'm a serial killer.

So...have you ever started a book and then had to put it down because of a character's name? Well, I can't read this book because of a name. Is that just me? The name rarely pops up in books, and I'm so sad I can't give this one a go. I wish I could do a find & replace on it! haha. This series has a ton of great reviews and is also available on Audible.
