Her Dirty CEOs: An Age Gap/Office Contemporary Reverse Harem Romance (Men at Work Book 11) by Mika Lane

Reverse Harem Books with an Age Gap or Power Imbalance

Hello, my friends!

Are you ready for the final week of 2021? Anyone else looking around for a deus ex machina? Unlike literature, I’m 100% A-OK with a magical intervention fixing everything.

But let’s forget about the real world; after all, that’s why we are here! So gather round, because the theme of the day is…. age-gaps and power-imbalances! So let’s find us some hunky older men that are wise and all-knowing! Or how about men who are totally kicking butt in the board room or ruling a kingdom? That’s right, let’s get us some men who know how to get it done (nudge, nudge, wink wink).

Usual blurb applies-all book covers and descriptions are from Amazon. I am an Amazon Associate, meaning I earn commission from qualifying purchases.

Please let me know if you are craving a particular theme; I LOVE hunting down specific requests!!

Nanny With Benefits: A Reverse Harem Romance by Cassie Cole
Nanny With Benefits: A Reverse Harem Romance by Cassie Cole
Description from Amazon

It was only supposed to be a part-time nanny job.
Then the pandemic hit.
Now I’m quarantined with three guys at their secluded lake house.
And considering what they have planned for me?
Things could be a lot worse.

Bryce, the darkly handsome painter whose son I’m nannying. The millionaire artist has been trying to regain his creative spark… and some scintillating fun with me ends up being the jump-start he needs.
Liam, the English art dealer who reminds me of David Beckham. He spends most of his time swimming in the lake and walking around the house shirtless, and he winks at me like he knows I’m checking him out.
Pax, their accountant and financial planner. Tall and lean, he has a sense of humor that keeps me smiling despite the deadly virus.

I spend my days nannying the baby,
And my nights having sweaty, steamy fun.
Being shared by these three incredible men to take our minds off the pandemic.
We don’t know how long we’ll be stuck at the lake house.
So we might as well make the best of it, right?

NANNY WITH BENEFITS is a sizzling reverse harem love story filled with humor, suspense, and scintillating action. HEA guaranteed!

Thoughts from Paige

If I remember correctly, there is an age gap as well as a power imbalance, but I read this the first summer of the Pandemic so it may just be a power imbalance.  It’s a cute, fast read, and is also available in audio format.

For the first time in his life Nathan is desperate to claim a woman and not even watching his best friend seduce her will sate his hunger.

With the Strip Club Serial Killer on the loose, ex-dancer, Havana, knows her life may depend on her new position. Even so, she can’t help the scorching attraction she feels for her boss. She knows the gorgeous, rich, single dad is off-limits. But limits are meant to be tested, right?

***Claiming the Nanny is the prequel to the why choose paranormal romance series Claiming Her Mates***

Thoughts from Paige

I am loving the MC! She takes care of herself and doesn’t seem to take any shit.  She ends up working as a Nanny for one of the LIs, and the little girl seems pretty awesome herself (is there a spin-off with her as the MC… only time will tell!) This is a prequel, I almost included the series instead but it looks like the prequel is the only one that fits our theme.

Her Soulkeepers: A Complete Reverse Harem Romance Series by Sadie Moss
Her Soulkeepers: A Complete Reverse Harem Romance Series by Sadie Moss
Description from Amazon

Three dangerous warriors each hold a piece of my soul. I won’t let them claim my heart too.

My people are dying.

Our god has abandoned us, leaving us starving and weak. In a desperate attempt to save those I love, I offer up the ultimate sacrifice to our neglectful god.

Myself.

He accepts my offering, and I forfeit my life. But when I arrive in the afterworld, a rival god who despises mine binds my soul to three beautiful, terrifying men–powerful beings he calls his messengers.

Callum, Echo, and Paris.

I’m little more than an annoyance to them, a lost soul their master has foisted upon them.

Still, the bond between us draws me toward them constantly, like a lodestone finding true north, and the more time I spend with these enigmatic men, the more confused my feelings become.

I hate them. I want them. I fear them. I need them.

But no matter what happens, I won’t let myself love them.

This boxed set contains the COMPLETE Her Soulkeepers series, a reverse harem fantasy romance.

Thoughts from Paige

I remember enjoying the first part of this book.  Sadly I began reading it while the world was going to hell in a handbasket, so I set it aside for some sweeter books. Nevertheless, I’m glad this popped up in my search; I want to give it another go.

Falling For My Bosses: A Standalone Reverse Harem Romance by Lacey Carter Andersen
Falling For My Bosses: A Standalone Reverse Harem Romance by Lacey Carter Andersen
Description from Amazon

I haven’t been a good girl in a long time.

But I try. I swear I do. When temptation comes knocking at my door, I’m too tired from busting my ass at work to get into too much trouble… most of the time.

Until fate intervenes.

My new bosses are hot, strong, and powerful. With them, I might actually see an end to the miserable life I’ve been leading. Here’s the thing though, when my past rears its ugly head, and I make a mistake. I choose revenge instead of turning over a new leaf.

And as much as I’ve blamed others for my crappy life, this time I only have myself to blame.

Mistakes have been made. Hell, I’m about as flawed as they come. But can the three men who gave me hope for a better future ever forgive me for the sins of my past?

God, I hope so.

FALLING FOR MY BOSSES is a steamy reverse harem standalone with a flawed heroine and three dreamy men. It has a happily ever after ending, no cheating, and some hot scenes. So grab your copy today and dig in! (This story was previously released as Scars.)

Thoughts from Paige

I read this one back in April and again can’t remember too much about it. I think my New Year Resolution will be jotting down a sentence or at the end of each book to jog my memory. I didn’t even rate it on GoodReads! Sigh, I do remember finishing the book, so there is that. I vaguely remember wanting to smack the MC, and maybe she was slightly TSTL. However, I have included it since I read the entire book, and it completely fits our theme!

Her Dirty CEOs: An Age Gap/Office Contemporary Reverse Harem Romance (Men at Work Book 11) by Mika Lane
Her Dirty CEOs: An Age Gap/Office Contemporary Reverse Harem Romance (Men at Work Book 11) by Mika Lane
Description from Amazon

My father’s three best friends are my new bosses.
And they’re demanding in both the workplace… and the behind closed doors.

Dashing, successful, and tough. Those words perfectly describe my father’s best friends…who I just started working for.
And whom I’ve had crushes on all my life.
One likes to drive me very…hard.
Another likes to remind me who’s the…boss.
And the third promises to give me a big…raise.
They said they’d teach me everything I needed to know.
And they didn’t mean only about working in an office.

#11 in the Men at Work Collection

This hot, over-the-top age gap office romance includes sexy working men with a penchant for pursuing and protecting the women who give them a run for their money. If you love outrageously naughty stories as a way to indulge your not-so-secret bad girl side, this is for you.

Thoughts from Paige

I read this book when it was released, and finished in one sitting… but this was back in May and it feels like EONS ago.  I don’t remember the book, but it’s Mika Lane (whose books I almost always enjoy and is an auto-read for me) so I’m confident this is a good one to include.  Plus it is an age gap AND a power imbalance.

With five men to protect her, she should be safe, but there’s an outside threat that has the potential to destroy them.

Find out whether Sascha’s men can protect her in HERS TO KEEP.

Thoughts from Paige

The MC is looking for a job and is hired by the men.  I enjoyed the beginning of this series, but I fell out of it by the end.  I prefer my books to end before we get too far into ‘adulting’… Like fade to black, I don’t need to know about laundry or children.  I do enough of worrying about that in real life, haha.  But I liked the first book, and this seems incredibly popular, so I’m sure many of you will/have loved the series!

Taming: A Fantasy Romance Series (To Tame a Shifter Book 1) by A.K. Koonce
Taming: A Fantasy Romance Series (To Tame a Shifter Book 1) by A.K. Koonce
Description from Amazon

I can only run from my past for so long. Eventually my Demons always find me.

Unfortunately, that Demon has hired three insufferable dragon shifters to bring me back to him.

I just have to hide my secrets a little longer. I just have to pretend to help these assholes find the person they’re looking for without letting them know the truth.

They’re on the hunt for a dangerous Mage.

Just wait until they find out the Mage they’re hunting is actually me …

This is a Reverse Harem series containing M/M themes. Recommended for readers 18 and over.

Thoughts from Paige

I love this book. I wound up reading it as soon as the books were selected for this post. Unfortunately, there isn’t an age gap in this book, and I didn’t see much power imbalance. Maybe sort of…but yea, not really a typical power imbalance. But, I’m keeping it on this list because it did appear in my search, so maybe the age gap appears later in the series. And also just because I stayed up half the night reading it.

Either I become Killian’s mate or remain his prisoner forever.

I have until the full moon to decide.

Killian might be a predator in this world but I will never be his prey, as every alpha out there will soon find out.

Starting with the alpha who tried to kill me.

Predators & Prey is a dark reverse harem romance series. If you like strong heroines and seductive, possessive alphas, this is for you. The series contains high heat and dark themes that are for mature adults only. 18+.

Thoughts from Paige

I read the sample and was completely taken.  I am so excited to read this book! I’m not 100% sure why it appeared in my search, but I’m assuming it’s because of where she goes? I’m getting the feeling there will be an age-gap, but I stopped when the sample ended. pats self on back. Not getting distracted this week!

Description from Amazon

What daddy doesn’t know won’t hurt him but finding out his four best friends can’t keep their hands off me will probably kill him.

Thoughts from Paige

If you are thinking you’ve seen this before on the blog, you are sort of right! I listed the first book on the recent post about sweet books. I enjoyed this series so much that I had to list the second book, which was just released. The third book is slated for the end of January. I am new to the age-gap trope, but I like these books. They are cute, and I really like the men’s backstory. Sad Panda time though, these are NOT available on kindle unlimited, and I didn’t see them listed from my library. So definitely read the sample and make sure it’s something you’ll enjoy before purchasing.

Queen of Beasts by Amber Withers
Queen of Beasts by Amber Withers
Description from Amazon

Fourteen Demons. One Human. No hope.

Amelia has a secret, but when she stumbles into a household of fourteen young male demons, will her secret remain hidden for long?

Will a fear of what he is, keep her from accepting who he is?

Thoughts from Paige

I LOVED this book! There were grammatical errors, so if this bothers you maybe wait to read it in case it gets edited.  However, grammar errors rarely bother me and I was able to enjoy this book fully.  What a great start to the series! Our MC lives with Demons, literal Demons who apparently think about killing her and other humans all the time. Talk about a power imbalance! I cannot wait for the next book, hopefully, it gets released soon! Definitely recommend this one.

Reaper Hospital: Code Possessive Boss: A Paranormal Reverse Harem Romance (Their Reaper Book 1) By: Lacey Carter Andersen
2 week(s) on bestseller list
Description from Amazon

When I died, I didn’t expect to be reborn as something evil.

Now I’m undercover at a busy hospital as a healer. I’m called a miracle worker by some and a scam artist by others. The truth is, they’re all right about me. I’m not technically a healer. I’m a reaper.

The kicker is, I’ve found a way to heal by using my powers of death, something no reaper has ever done before. It’s scary, but I’ve tried to accept that this is all my new life can be, and I’m making the best of it.

But then I went and slept with my boss.

Oh, and did I mention he’s my new neighbor? And that the hot doctor and sexy male nurse from work are his roommates? Things have definitely gotten complicated.

When I realize that not everything is as it seems, I might just need these sexy men to help me with my new job. I’m just not sure I can hide my true nature from them, or keep them safe if I drag them into my world.

What’s a new reaper to do?

REAPER HOSPITAL CODE POSSESSIVE BOSS is the first full book in the Their Reaper Series, however, there is a short prequel titled Unlikely Reaper that you can pick up right now. So, if you like steamy paranormal reverse harem romance, sexy doctors, nurses, and bosses, preorder your copy now and dive into this exciting new world!

Thoughts from Paige

I read the sample from the sequel, not book one.  The author indicates that reading the prequel isn’t needed, but I enjoyed the sample and will likely read it.  However, it is only 59 pages so if you don’t have kindle unlimited I’d just start with book one (which is why I have book one listed).  Unlikely Reaper is the prequel.
